The decision to form the Appeals Committee

·        The Ministerial Council has, see the note by the Secretariat (Patent Office) on the composition of the Appeals Committee Office of Patent Cooperation Council, on the text of the article (28) of the patent system to the Gulf Cooperation Council Arab Gulf States, Having considered the nominations for Member States for membership of the Committee, decided:

First: the formation of the Appeals Committee in the Patent Office of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf states as follows:

1)      Dr. / Mohammed Mahmoud Al Kamali.  

2)      Mr. / Suleiman Salem Al Kaabi.              

3)      Ms./ Lina Mahmoud Zainal.

4)      Mr. /Ali Mrahun.

5)      Dr. / Khalid Aqeel Aqeel.

6)      Dr. / Ibrahim Saleh Almataz.

7)      Dr./ Abdullah Ali Al- Hinai.

8)      Mr. / Seif Mohamed Rizeiqi.

9)      Mr. / Abdul Razak Abdulla Qatar.

10)  Mr. / Mahmoud Mohamed Marzouqi.

11)  Mr. / Aladdin Al-Sulaimi.

12)  Mr. / Ali Saadoun Al-Hajri.

Second: The committee shall adjudicate in complaints filed by the persons concerned against the decisions issued by the Patent Office and in accordance with the patent system of the Gulf Cooperation Council and its executive regulations.

Third: The work of the Committee for three years.
