[57] Abstract: The device is like forceps has a head looks like two cone shape as shown in the graph number 1. There is also a suction inside the device as shown in the graph number 2 to suction the blood from sulcus and then release it again in the socket. And there is a blade which can be inserted into the sulcus to facilitate the insertion of the other sensors to the socket as shown in the graph number 3. In addition there is a temperature sensor to measure the temperature inside and outside the socket as shown in the graph number 4. And there is wind chip as shown in the graph number 5 use to release the blood into the socket. Besides that there is a wave generator chip,ultrasound waves as shown in the graph number 6, to make the blood insertion in waves so the blood in meet and collide in different direction once clockwise and then conter clock wise with the blood which is present in the socket. And there is direction changer shown in the graph number 7. Moreover there is pressure sensor as shown in the graph number 8 to indicate the lesser pressure area in the roots of the tooth in the socket. And there is a speed sensor as shown in the graph number 9 use when insert the blood which has been suctioned first.and the power sensor as shown in the graph number 10 to start the device. Besides that a digital screen as shown in the graph number 11, it shows all the options regarding the sensors and what it do and shows the results of the temperature, pressure, speed..etc the rest of the sensors and chips. And all that components exerts from the cone head with 0.3-0.5mm thickness as shown in the graph number 12. And there is adjustable neck to adapt the device with place of any tooth to be extracted as shown in the graph number 13. So all that components in one device works to cut the bonding periodontal ligaments PDL by the blood molecules particle which inserted after the first suction and meet and collides in waves in different direction clockwise and counter clock wise with present blood in the socket so this movement in wave way will lead to luxate the tooth and then the tooth will come out.
