The GCC Patent Office Launches WIPO Publish


Secretariat General- Riyadh:

The Patent Office of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has launched “WIPO Publish” a Search Platform for allowing users to search in the patents granted by the GCCPO.

This electronic platform allows researchers from any part of the world to have access to all patents granted by the GCCPO and the documents related to the granted patents by searching through different tools compliant with WIPO standards.

Through WIPO Publish, patent contents can be searched and viewed in more than one language; in order to increase the number of beneficiaries.

Launching WIPO publish was a contribution by the Secretariat General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf Represented by the GCC Patent Office to enhance the scientific and cognitive inventory for searchers in different fields in the GCC Region, and enable all patents applicants around the world to have access to the related information before filing their applications.
